Yes! I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Whether you're juggling everyone's needs, feeling overwhelmed, or trying to figure out what you want for a change, therapy offers a supportive space to sort things out and find a path forward.
There isn't a set timeline for therapy. Some people benefit from short-term support around a specific challenge, while others choose to continue therapy as they work through ongoing concerns or life transitions. Your goals and needs will help guide the process.
The frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Many clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust the frequency as progress is made. We'll work together to determine what makes sense for you.

Group therapy brings women together to share experiences, learn from one another, and realize they're not the only ones trying to keep all the plates spinning. It's a supportive space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and feel less alone. While Mindwell Therapy focuses on individual therapy for women, group therapy may be an option to explore if you're looking for connection and support from others navigating similar experiences.
Yes. In addition to in-person sessions in Okemos, we offer online therapy for clients across Michigan when virtual care is a good fit.
