Individual Therapy for Teens, Young Adults, College Students, and Student Athletes Experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Stress, and Life Transitions
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Community and Human Services and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a therapeutic approach focused on understanding each client as a whole person and providing compassionate, individualized support.
As a parent, community member, and therapist, I recognize the many pressures that can come with balancing school, sports, relationships, work, family, and personal expectations. While these years can bring exciting opportunities, they can also bring pressure to succeed, fit in, and feel like you have everything figured out.

I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be yourself without judgment. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where you feel safe sharing what you’re experiencing and know that you are truly heard, understood, and supported.
Together, we’ll work to better understand what you’re experiencing and develop practical tools and healthy coping strategies to manage anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelming emotions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, burnout, and life transitions. My hope is to help you build confidence, strengthen resilience, and feel more equipped to navigate both the challenges and opportunities ahead.
School, Sports, Life…It’s a Lot! — I’m here for the hard days, the heavy thoughts, and everything in between.
Let's talk through what’s going and see if I’m a good fit.
