Insurance

I do not panel with insurance companies. Payment is due and charged at the time of service. Cash, credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible therapy services. 

I am a private pay provider and do not bill or communicate with insurance companies. This allows for more flexibility, privacy, and individualized care without insurance-driven limitations on treatment.

Superbill / Out-of-Network Benefits

Upon request, I can provide a superbill for clients who choose to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance plan. A superbill includes relevant session information and, when clinically appropriate, a diagnosis code. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance provider and plan benefits.

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs for therapy services. As a private pay practice, I provide transparent fee information and can offer a written estimate prior to your first appointment or at any time, upon request. This helps you understand anticipated costs in advance so there are no surprises.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

​

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), may be charged the full session fee.
