Group Therapy
A Safe Place to Connect, Share, and Grow
Growing up can feel overwhelming, and it's easy to believe you're the only one struggling. In a small group setting, teens have the opportunity to feel understood, practice new ways of coping, and learn from one another in a safe and affirming environment. Groups are intentionally kept small to create meaningful connections, encourage participation, and ensure that each person has the opportunity to be heard.
Through guided conversations, activities, and skill-building exercises, teens can explore topics such as anxiety, stress, emotions, friendships, confidence, school pressure, relationships, and challenges of everyday life.
Prior to joining the group, a consultation is required to ensure the group is an appropriate fit. During this conversation, we will discuss your teen’s needs, goals, and what they hope to gain from the experience while also reviewing group structure, expectations, and confidentiality.
$50.00 weekly investment. Each session is 60 minutes. Group Therapy is offered as a private-pay service and is not submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
